  • Paper theatre

The Paper Theater or the art of making theater with flat forms, was born in 1812 in England by a small publisher, who sold the first theaters to be built at home, after having cut and glued on a cardboard, in order to replay in miniature, the successes of the time. At the beginning of the 1980s, a handful of artists, coming from the plastic arts, theater or puppetry, took up the paper theater to make it a contemporary means of expression.
