A time for exchange and artistic discovery between puppet professionals from the Grand Est and the Wallonie-Bruxelles Federation

Organised jointly by the Grand Est Region, Wallonie-Bruxelles International, M-Collectif, Wallonie-Bruxelles Théâtre Danse and the Agence culturelle Grand Est, this cross-border professional meeting follows the signing of the cultural cooperation agreement between the Grand Est Region and the Wallonie-Bruxelles Federation on 8 July in Avignon.

For the first time, it will bring together professionals from both regions, but also from elsewhere in France and internationally, who will be present in Charleville-Mézières as part of the Festival Mondial des Théâtres de Marionnettes.The meeting will offer programmers the chance to attend several pitch sessions presenting the latest creations by 12 French and Belgian companies scheduled as part of the Festival Mondial des Théâtres de Marionnettes.

It will also be an opportunity to attend two new and explosive puppet shows, entitled A la Belge – Speed-dating M, in which a dozen companies from the Wallonia-Brussels Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles will present their work using puppets, objects and images.

The day will close with a cocktail reception.
